骆明勇，男，医学博士，主任技师，硕士研究生导师（3044澳门永利集团欢迎您临床检验诊断学），广东省杰出青年医学人才。现任职于广东省妇幼保健院，中心实验室副主任，医学遗传中心（产前诊断中心）生化遗传和分子微生物项目负责人，主要从事地中海贫血实验室检测、产前筛查等出生缺陷防控相关工作。广东省医学会医学遗传学分会临床遗传与基因检测学组副组长，广东省地贫防治协会地贫诊断专业委员会常务委员，广东省妇幼保健协会产前诊断技术专家委员会委员，广东省基层医药学会检验专业委员会常务委员，教育部学位中心评审专家，广东省科技项目评审专家，广州市科技专家库专家，广东省卫健委科技项目评审专家，European Journal of Clinical Microbiology & Infectious Diseases》、《Applied Biochemistry and Biotechnology》、《Journal of Pediatric Infectious Diseases》、《国际检验医学杂志》等特邀审稿人，主持和参与多项国家和省级科研项目，主要的研究方向为分子诊断技术开发与临床应用研究。
