研究方向
我们主要通过使用小鼠疾病模型和临床患者样本,结合转基因小鼠、基因条件敲除小鼠以及单细胞RNA测序等技术方法,来研究神经系统屏障功能障碍和免疫异常在多发性硬化症、阿尔茨海默病以及焦虑障碍等神经系统疾病中作用及机理,以期为这些疾病的诊断提供更好的生物标志物,并为治疗提出更有效的干预措施和药物靶点。
