徐开寿，男，医学博士、教授、博士/硕士研究生导师，国家儿童区域医疗中心（中南）/广州市妇女儿童医疗中心第二党总支书记兼康复科主任，广东省首批杰出青年医学人才，广州市医学重点人才，加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学（UBC）附属儿童医院访问学者。从事儿童康复临床与科研工作20多年，多次前往加拿大、美国、德国、法国、以色列和新加坡等访问学习，南方医科大学神经病学博士、中山大学康复医学与理疗学硕士、上海体育学院体育保健康复学士。研究方向为儿童脑性瘫痪、肌性斜颈、语言认知障碍、吞咽障碍的基础与临床，以及儿童发育及康复评估工具、康复新技术的研发及产学研转化等。
学术任职：中华医学会儿科学分会康复学组副组长，中国康复医学会物理治疗专委会副主委兼儿科学组主委，广东省医学会社区康复学分会主委，广东省残协小儿脑瘫康复专委会主委。
科研成果：主持国自然面上项目和省市级等科技项目18项，累计科研经费800多万元。获国家专利5项，省部级科技奖2项，计算机软件著作权2项。以第一或通讯作者在Brain等国内外期刊发表论文60余篇（SCI收录14篇，单篇最高13.501，中科院医学1区TOP期刊3篇），其中先天性肌性斜颈研究成果被国际临床实践指南引用。主持及参与制定国家行业标准14项。主编高等院校“十三五”规划教材《儿科物理治疗学》、人民卫生出版社《康复治疗师临床工作指南--儿童疾患物理治疗技术》和《儿童重症康复学》、电子工业出版社《儿童发育迟缓居家康复指导》、科学出版社“康复医学规范化培训平台•小儿脑瘫康复”等。2014年建立中国内地首家“座椅银行”，2019年发起成立由80家单位组成的“小儿脑瘫专病管理联盟”。
